Jeffery Rhea

Clinical Coordinator

Jeffery joined Dr. Taylor's practice in 2007 after working with his Dad, who was also an orthodontist, for 34 years. She even remembers assisting on Dr. Taylor when he had braces!!! Jeffery supervises the assistants in the operatory to maintain organization of the patient flow. She also does chairside assisting and works in the lab making retainers and appliances as well as clinical education. Jeffery's wonderful and fun attitude always makes the patient's visit more enjoyable.
Staci Flores


Chairside Assistant/OSHA Coordinator

Staci has worked in the orthodontic field since 2004 and joined BrazosBraces in January 2013. She also oversees sterilization, OSHA, and continuing education for clinicians. Staci is so kind and encouraging with her patients that they look forward to their next visit.

 

Barbara Jenkins

Chairside Assistant/Inventory Coordinator

Barbara has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1972 and has been with Dr. Taylor since he began his Waco practice in 1993. Barbara plays a big part in making sure the office stays on the cutting edge of orthodontics by working closely with Dr. Taylor regarding the newest technology and equipment. Her extensive knowledge of orthodontics gives her great insight to her patient's needs and treatment. She especially loves working with the children who can be quite entertaining patients!
Peggy Koester

Chairside Assistant

Peggy joined Dr. Taylor’s team in 2008 and has been in the field of orthodontics since 1999. Her laid-back nature and fun personality make her patients feel right at home. Peggy enjoys the challenging work and the beautiful smiles to see after treatment!
Pat Huffman

Financial Coordinator

Pat has been a part of Dr. Taylor's team since 1997. She assists patients with their financial contracts and insurance needs, but can switch hats to help with scheduling and front desk responsibilities. Pat is so witty and has the greatest sense of humor!! She loves happy patients and getting to meet all our new ones, AND the fact that we have lots of fun and still get the job done!!
Karen Davila

Appointment Coordinator

Karen joined our team in 2007 with 16 years of orthodontic experience - from chairside assisting to management. She welcomes the challenge of assisting patients with appointments, coordinating their orthodontic visits with their busy school and work schedules. Karen's great smile and friendly voice put patients at ease from the moment they walk in the door.
Eileen Thornton

Lab Technician/Chairside Assistant

Eileen is responsible for making retainers and preparing all appliances to send out. She also enjoys helping out chairside. Eileen has been in the dental field for many years and with Dr. Taylor since 2001. Patients love Eileen's gentle nature and she does a great job with patients who are anxious about their treatment.

Christina Sanchez

New Patient/Marketing Coordinator

 

Christina joins us again for the second time.  She use to work for us as a clinician a few years ago and just could not stay away.  Now Christina takes care of all of our new patients entering our office.  With her wonderful smile and caring bubbly personality Christina puts our new patients at ease.  Another challenge she enjoys conquering is our marketing projects.  If you have any questions regarding donations, ads or patient contests Christina is the one to ask.
